Booking and Payment Policy :

1.  One-way and round-trip bookings (including airport transfers) 

​Booking and payment must be made and completed 24 hours before the service starts, otherwise the vehicle may not be reserved for the customer.

​

​2.  VIP on hire service Package  bookings

​Booking and  20% Deposit must be made and completed 24 hours before the service starts,and the Remaining payment must be made before the end of the first day of the trip , otherwise the vehicle may not be reserved for the customer.

​

3. Prices are based on the information provided and may be adjusted if there are any changes during the journey.

​

4. (If applicable) Midnight surcharge: For reservations between 23:00 and 06:00, a one-way $150 midnight surcharge will be charged.

​

 5. Eating and smoking are prohibited in the vehicle. If the interior is dirty, the Company reserves the right to claim compensation for the cleaning service costs.

Payment Methods : 

​We accept credit card or FPS (Promptpay For Thai Customers ) payment​

Change & Cancellation Policy :

​

If you require any changes or cancellations, this must be done at least 4 hours (Airport Transfer/Hong Kong Local Transfer) or 12 hours (Car Rental) before the scheduled pick-up time, and the amount paid will be fully refunded. Failure to do so will be considered a late cancellation and the amount paid will not be refunded.

 

*Reservation changes or cancellations must be confirmed by Hong Kong Trip Van Service Limited via email. Failure to confirm the notification will be deemed as cancellation failure and the amount paid will not be refunded.

 No-show Policy :

If you have not shown up/contacted us by phone after 90 minutes from plane arrived gate (Hong Kong Airport arrival), 30 minutes (HK local transfer/cross border transfer) past your scheduled pick-up time, you will be considered as no-show. The paid amount is fully NON-REFUNDABLE.

Waiting Time Policy : 

​

HK Airport transfer – 90 minutes from plane arrived gate as free.HK local transfer / cross border transfer – 30 minutes from scheduled pick-up time as free. Thereafter, waiting fee HK$300 per 60 minutes will be charged.

​

On Hire Policy : 

​

Minimum of 3 hours rental for the itinerary within urban area (HK Island and Kowloon ), 4 hours for New Territories/HK Chek Lap Kok Airport.

Every 16 minutes to 60 minutes will be charged as 1 hour.

Bridge, tunnel and parking fee are excluded from the rental fee, it will be charged at actual consumption base after the service is completed.
